摘要：Discussed are the specific features of thin-film magnetodielectric, dynamic radio-wave sensitive elements for instrumental transducers whose properties are described by tensors of surface permittivity and permeability. It is shown that their calculation and simulation is considerably simplified by the introduction of equivalent boundary conditions (averaging of magnetic feilds over the structure thickness).
摘要：We consider objects described by stochastic difference equations for modes subject to disturbances. We develop two different approaches to construction of the procedures for detecting disturbances in the Gaussian Markov models of motion; they are based on observation of deviations of the actual covariance of the updating sequence from the computed sequence and observation of bias in the mean value of the updating sequence. The capability and efficiency of our procedures are illustrated by solution of the problem of detecting changes in the motion of a moving object.

摘要：The results are considered of a comparison of the national scales of spectral responsively of 18 national meteorological laboratories including the All-Union Scientific-Research Institute of Optophysical Measurements (VNIIOFI) between themselves and with the scale of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM) in the spectral wavelength range 250-1000 nm using two different types of silicon photodetector. The comparisons indicated satisfactory agreement between th3 results of measurements of spectral responsively by the participating laboratories. The difference between the spectral responsively scale of VNIIOFI and that of the BIPM did not exceed ± 0.5/100 for the visible wavelength range and the near infrared. The maximum difference of the scales in the near ultraviolet wavelength range was 3.7/100.

Meteorological requirements are formulated for different blocks of a measurement system along with standards for their substantiation. The meteorological characteristics of the components that meter heat energy are calculated by computer programs on the basis of the actual systematic errors of the corresponding blocks.

摘要：The probability of recoil-free 35.5-keV γ-ray emission from ~125m Et and the Debbie temperature θ_D of beryllium telluride were determined by measuring Mossbauser self-absorption of γ radiation using a "black" absorber. The average value of θ_D obtained from eight measurement with four samples of TeBe at three temperatures is 209±5 K, which is considerably lower than the expected value of 400 K. Possible reasons for the difference are discussed. Control measurements with metallic Te and with TeO_2 gave the following values for θ_D: 138.6±3.4 K for Te and 163±5K for TeO_2, which are in satisfactory agreement with data of other studies.
